About Thirsty 🍏 

I AM THIRSTY was Founded by Maddie Gleeson following a hankering for dehydrated fruit that looked as good as it tasted!

After the rise and fall (thanks c***d) of her catering company i AM BOARD, Maddie decided it was time to pivot through the pandemic and find a new calling. THiRSTY was born out of her love of elevating food and drinks to look their absolute best with garnishes and of course.. snacking!

Aussie farmers are at the core of Thirsty’s identity. We work exclusively with local Australian growers and sellers to source all of our fruit. Where possible, we will buy the “ugly fruit” that won’t be accepted by supermarkets or green grocers to avoid food waste - don’t worry, it’s all cute when it’s dehydrated!

Our products are all natural, vegan, gluten free and paleo friendly.
